• Why did you want to be a Director?: I want to be a director to ensure that no family has to hear the words “your child has cancer” ever again. I want to provide a fun and safe environment for all donors, families, dancers, volunteers, and spectators at all THON events so that we can all work together for the same cause!
• What responsibilities do you have as the [position] Director for THON 2025?: As the Event Safety Director for THON 2025, it is my job to work with the Event Safety Captains to oversee all safety protocols to maintain the well-being of all attendees at THON events. I also work with Orgs to manage their floor passes which allows them to visit and support their dancers THON Weekend. With that, I assist in preparation for Entrance Plan which allows Orgs to enter the BJC THON Weekend!
• What is your favorite THON memory?: My favorite THON memory has to be total reveal for THON 2024. Seeing the emotion on everyone’s faces made me realize just how special this student-run organization is and reminded me how important this cause is that we all work tirelessly to support.
• Favorite Quote: “Do not put off tomorrow what can be done today.”
• What are you involved in outside of THON?: Outside of THON, I am involved in Greek life, playing soccer, skiing, and love spending time outdoors with family and friends!
• What are your plans for after you graduate from Penn State?: My plans after graduation are to find a job in my field of work where I can help people in any way possible!
