Monday, August 3 - Four Diamonds & Hospital Staff
Our sole beneficiary, Four Diamonds, is crucial to ensuring that the money we raise goes directly toward research for childhood cancer and that the families affected never see a bill. The Penn State Children’s Hospital staff does an incredible job of making sure that our families receive top-of-the-line treatment through and beyond their cancer journey.
Tuesday, August 4 - Four Diamonds Families
Our families remain the root of why THON exists and why we are relentless in our pursuit for a cure. Student organizations and volunteers create lasting relationships with Four Diamonds families that provide them with the emotional support to get them through treatment, survivorship, or loss. Their strength inspires us to continue fighting until the day we dance in celebration. We show them our appreciation for sharing their stories and inviting them to be a part of their family.
Wednesday, August 5 - Alumni and Friends
None of what we do would be possible without the support of our alumni and friends from around the world. THON alumni, parents, and other friends never fail to show their loyalty through their donations, THON Nation pages, and efforts to continue spreading awareness of what we do.
Thursday, August 6 - Student Volunteers
Our student volunteers put in countless hours of work each year towards ensuring that THON, year-round, always remain a success. We would like to show just how grateful we are for your dedication to THON during your time as a student. Every volunteer contributes in a unique way and each of them is invaluable to the longevity of our organization.
