Half a century later, Penn State is still dancing for a cure. This year, we’re celebrating a huge milestone: THON 2027 will mark 50 years with Four Diamonds!
Since 1977, THON has continued to grow its mission alongside Four Diamonds in the fight against childhood cancer, raising over $273 million to support the Four Diamonds children and families at Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital. What started as a shared mission between students has grown to become the largest student-powered philanthropy in the world.
As we look ahead to THON Weekend 2027, there are many opportunities to get involved and honor the five decades of courage, honesty, wisdom, and strength. Stay tuned for more announcements in the months ahead by following THON’s social media.
