• Why did you want to become a director for the largest student-run philanthropy in the world? I wanted to become a director for the largest student-run philanthropy in the world because of THON’s unwavering commitment to sharing love, compassion, and support with families facing childhood cancer. The families are at the heart of all that we do, and their stories and strength continue to inspire me everyday. It is truly an honor as a member of this organization to show Four Diamonds families the thousands of people that are there for them. I want to continue creating a welcoming environment where all families, volunteers, and supporters feel that they have a place within THON.
• What are your main responsibilities as a Director for THON™ 2027? As the Family Relations Director for THON 2027, my main responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with Four Diamonds families and ensuring their needs remain at the center of THON’s mission. My role involves providing year-round support, planning and facilitating events for Four Diamonds families, and ensuring all families feel included and welcomed at THON events. 

• What is your favorite THON memory? My favorite THON memory was when Free to Dream (FR 2026) went on a tour of the Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital and then went to Teen Night #1 right after. It was amazing to see the physical impact THON has on the research and programs at the hospital, and it was incredibly motivating. Then, spending the night playing games with my co-captains and the THON teens was SO much fun!

• What are you involved in outside of being a THON™ Director? Phi Epsilon Kappa, HealthWorks Peer Educator

• What are your plans after graduation from Penn State? After graduation, I hope to become a Labor and Delivery nurse!
