  • Why did you want to become a director for the largest student-run philanthropy in the world?  I wanted to give back to the organization that has taught me the most about myself. THON has given me some of my closest relationships and shown me the true meaning of community and family. I wanted to be part of a team where people believe in one another and work together to make a difference for the families we serve. I want to give back by dedicating my time and energy to furthering our mission. Being a director also allows me the incredible opportunity to support my 21 Captains as they grow in their roles and help strengthen our committee so we can have an even greater impact on the families.
  • What are your main responsibilities as a Director for THON™ 2026?  As the Supply Logistics Director, I oversee a team of 21 Captains responsible for acquiring, storing, and distributing all of THON’s in-kind donations. Our team partners with businesses locally and nationwide to both share THON’s mission and maximize fundraising efficiency. We manage THON’s inventory sites with a focus on sustainability, ensuring donations are distributed responsibly. In addition, Supply Logistics leads several key initiatives, including the THON Raffle, the Gift Card Initiative, On-Shift Shirt Recollection, the Towel Drive, the Costume Drive, the Hershey Holiday Toy Drive, and Supply the Fight.
  • What is your favorite THON memory?  My favorite THON memory was witnessing dancer stand for the first time at THON 2025. To me, it truly signified the beginning of the end. It was the moment that showed all the hard work my co-captains and committee members had put in throughout the year was truly worth it. I will never take that moment for granted, and I hope more people get to witness dancer stand, because it’s an experience that stays with you forever.
  • What is your favorite quote?   “Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people” -Eleanor Roosevelt
  • What are you involved in outside of being a THON™ Director?  Penn State Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Club and the Outing Club
  • What are your plans after graduation from Penn State?  After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in the nonprofit sector while taking every opportunity to travel and explore new places!

Ready to Make a Difference?

To ensure that THON is able to donate 96 cents of every dollar raised to Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital, we heavily rely on donor support. These donations provide us the resources to create endless memories for our Four Diamonds families & foster a deep love & connection to our mission for our volunteers through Pre-THON Events, alternative fundraisers, & THON Weekend.
