What has been your favorite part of THON Weekend so far?

I can’t pick one favorite thing about THON.

Why do you THON?

I guess the best way to describe why I THON is through a story. My sophomore year, the org that I was with, our THON child actually during Final 4 called us on zoom and told us that he was 4-week cancer free. Whenever he was first diagnosed, the doctor said that was never possible. The interaction between how much that affected our dancers and how much they also impacted him is why I THON, because the relationship you have there is something you can never find anywhere else.

What has been your favorite part of THON Weekend so far?

The community and everybody fighting for the same thing.

How would you describe the atmosphere?

Eager.

Why do you THON?

I THON for all the people that don’t get a fair share in the world and that have to fight for something they can’t control.
