In the summer of 2020, THON developed its first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan to outline its future plans and intended actions in the hopes of making THON as inclusive of an organization as possible. The THON Action Plan has since been updated several times, with the newest version for THON 2022 found here. Additionally, a THON 2021 DEI Impact Report was created to outline progress made during the THON 2021 year and ensure that THON is held accountable for creating real and lasting change within the organization.
